The ideal candidate must possess extensive senior sales management experience, with a strong and proven background in tissue product sales. This role requires a strategic leader with deep industry insight, the ability to drive market growth, and a passion for building and managing high-performing sales teams. br>
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the tissue product portfolio across Kenya. < r>• rive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share. < r>• L ad, mentor, and manage the national sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. < r>• B ild strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and institutional clients. < r>• A alyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions. < r>• P epare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive management. < r>• O ersee contract negotiations and ensure profitability and compliance with company standards. < r>• C llaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment with sales goals. < r>• R present the company at trade fairs, industry events, and stakeholder meetings. < r>
Qualifications and Experience
• B chelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in the tissue or hygiene products industry.
• Proven rack record of successfully managing large sales teams and delivering exceptional results. < r>• S rong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. < r>• D ep understanding of the Kenyan retail and distribution landscape. < r>• S rategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership and execution. < r>• A ility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:Working closely with the Sales Director, the Channel Sales Manager will focus on selling the company products to distributors, stockists, dealers, solar companies and solar installers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
