A distributor of Alcoholic Beverages, based in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County, with a strong footprint in the distribution of alcoholic beverages within the region and beyond. With a growing portfolio and multiple satellite outlets, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-oriented
Sales Manager
to spearhead our sales and distribution operations. . 
The Sales Manager will be responsible for
leading and coaching the sales team
, overseeing
sales operations in all outlets and routes
, and ensuring that
targets, distribution goals, and stock management processes

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coach the sales team (Van Salesmen, Assistants, and System Superuser) to ensure peak performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, route accompaniments (minimum 3 per week), and submit performance reports.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure full availability of all brands and SKUs across all outlets.
- Conduct monthly competitor and market intelligence analysis and present to management.
- Set sales targets per route and ensure volume and coverage objectives are achieved.
- Oversee System evaluations and generate accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Establish customer relationship programs to strengthen distributor–retailer partnerships.
- Implement structured sales plans and strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and conduct continuous training to upskill the sales team.
- Coordinate with Supplier representatives for promotions, activations, and customer issue resolution.
- Own and manage the purchase plan in alignment with sales targets.
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- A graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in
 FMCG sales management
 , preferably in alcoholic beverages.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing teams and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driving license with willingness to travel extensively.
- Physically fit, flexible with working hours, and able to work under minimal supervision.

About The Role
As the Sales Manager – FWA markets for all mass market and general sales distributors you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the sales team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
