Job Description
The Sales Manager leads daily sales operations, including hiring, training, coaching, and ensuring performance goals are met. This role requires strong leadership, one-call close experience, and the ability to drive results while supporting a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach Sales Representatives
- Run a minimum of 12 new leads monthly
- Conduct ride-alongs (4–5 weekly) and cancel-save appointments
- Review performance daily, lead weekly sales meetings
- Deliver effective training sessions and workshops
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure growth
Requirements
- Experience in one-call close (Exterior/Interior Remodeling required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years sales experience preferred
- Sales management: 1 year (preferred)
- Outside sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) focused on outbound and inbound appointment-setting.
Coach Inside Sales Representatives consistently to improve tone, delivery, and KPI conversion—through live feedback, call reviews, regular performance
development sessions, and ongoing quality assurance monitoring to uphold sales standards.
itor key sales performance metrics daily to ensure team productivity, lead conversion efficiency, and consistent pipeline growth.
onduct morning huddles, weekly performance check-ins, and individual 1:1s to keep the team aligned with business needs.

Home Genius Exteriors' Project Manager manages all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation. We are looking for a candidate with strong window measurement experience for residential replacement windows.
Project Manager Job Duties
- Responsible for inspecting all aspects of the project to make determination of the scope of work.
- Conducts precise measurements at each job site in order to confirm orders of products
- Responsible for communicating the agreement between company and customer
- Identifies alternative courses of action needed, and negotiates directly with the customer to alter the specific terms of the plan as appropriate.
- Analyzes all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
- Recruiting, screening and managing crew members and subcontractors
- Ensure that project is complete to spec at the end of every project
- Ensure HGE safety regulations are being followed
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients
