Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with research institutions and technology providers to integrate new findings and tools into client solutions.
- Troubleshooting agricultural challenges and offering practical, data-driven solutions to enhance yield and quality while minimizing environmental impact.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Science, or a closely related field. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agronomy and soil science, with a proven track record of advising agricultural operations, is required. Significant experience with remote sensing, GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), and data analysis tools is essential. Strong understanding of Kenyan agricultural context and common crops is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences. You must be comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
