Reporting to the MANAGER, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, ensuring sustainable and efficient agricultural practices. Main Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all activities related to the variety of organic and regenerative vegetable and fruit cultivation, harvesting, and storage.
  • Implement and maintain organic and regenerative farming best practices.
  • Ensure efficient completion of tasks by supervising and coordinating farm labor.
  • Monitor soil health, irrigation, and pest control using organic methods.
  • Maintain farm records, including planting schedules, harvest yields, and input usage.
