Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Nurse Receptionist located in London Central. The Dental Nurse Receptionist will manage appointment schedules, greet and assist patients, ensure the smooth operation of the reception area, and support the dental team during procedures. Daily tasks include patient administration, front desk duties, maintaining patient records, providing chairside assistance, and ensuring that all equipment is sterilized and prepared for use.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient administration, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties
- Experience with chairside assistance, dental procedures, and sterilization techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of dental software systems is beneficial
- Relevant certifications in dental nursing and reception management
- Previous experience in a dental practice or similar healthcare setting is preferable
