  • Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities within blockchain networks and smart contracts.
  • Research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new blockchain initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of internal blockchain standards and best practices.
  • Mentor junior blockchain developers and engineers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting complex blockchain systems.
  • Proficiency in smart contract development (e.g., Solidity, Vyper, Rust).
  • Strong understanding of various blockchain consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, etc.).
  • Experience with at least one major blockchain platform (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon).
  • Knowledge of cryptography, network security, and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with Web3 libraries and tools (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js, Truffle).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in a remote setting.
  • Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and NFTs is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
