**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Sales and Promotion:** Actively promote and sell the client's pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, achieving sales targets and objectives.
+ **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships within the pharmacy channel to maximize business opportunities and grow the business.
+ **Market Research:** Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and understand the competitive landscape, adapting strategies as necessary.
+ **Product Expertise:** Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the client's product portfolio, including indications, contraindications, and clinical data, to provide accurate information to clients. Detail pharmacists and pharmacy assistants and train staff in-store during planned Lunch & Learn sessions (6 per month).

+ **Reporting:** Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to management.
+ **Negotiation:** Negotiate the order to meet demand and expected off-take and pull through of stock and negotiate adequate share of shelf (SoS), forward share (in line with market share) to drive consumption.

**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** A university degree (preferably in science, medical or paramedical field, FMCG).
+ **Experience:** 3 years proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and FMCG.
