As a Brand Ads Analyst in Kenya, you will drive the growth of Glovo's Brand Ads business by managing top brand partnerships and bringing new advertisers on board. You'll build lasting relationships, craft and execute Joint Business Plans, and deliver impactful campaigns that boost visibility, sales, and brand loyalty. Your work will directly improve partner performance, grow marketing investment, and fuel Glovo's success in the market.
THE JOURNEY
- Brand Growth & Relationship Management – Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of brands, including FMCG/CPG, non-endemic advertisers, and financial institutions, through strong partnerships, Joint Business Plans, and consistent campaign support.
- Business Development – Prospect, pitch, and onboard new advertisers—from CPGs to banks, telcos, fintechs, and lifestyle brands—to expand Glovo's Brand Ads revenue and market presence in Kenya.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution – Design, launch, and optimize high-impact campaigns, leveraging creative ideas and seasonal opportunities to drive visibility and sales across multiple categories.
- Data-Driven Insights – Analyze campaign and sales performance, preparing clear ROI-driven reports and actionable insights for brands and internal stakeholders.
- Growth Opportunities – Identify high-potential brands using data and internal tools, converting insights into strategies that unlock revenue and category growth.
- Pitches & Proposals – Develop compelling proposals to convert leads into long-term advertisers and deepen partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution aligned to partner goals.
- Revenue Delivery – Work closely with the Brand Ads Manager to achieve quarterly revenue targets and drive overall category performance.

What You Will Bring To The Ride
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in FMCG, media agencies, e-commerce, or digital advertising.
