THE JOURNEY
- Build and maintain relationships with Top Glovo's Partners in the country - establish excellent relationships through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (meetings and business reviews)
- Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through deep technical understanding of Q-commerce delivery model, marketing activations and assortment performance (e.g., selling items, Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, etc.)
- Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth
- Prepare reports and dashboards to present to partners / use as source of operational improvements
- Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
- Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- Report to the Head of Q-commerce
What You Will Bring To The Ride
- 5+ years of experience in managing large corporate accounts, with multiple stakeholders and objectives
- Knowledge of the Retail & Grocery industry is a significant plus
- Passion for technology, tools, and technical solutions to problems is highly appreciated
- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
- Problem solving with high analytical and commercial skills
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Autonomous and self motivated who is able to work in a highly demanding environment
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office and Salesforce
- Full proficiency in English is a must

YOUR MISSION
The Glover Specialist will be responsible for leading and supervising Glovo Couriers as they conduct day-to-day operations, managing the Couriers, and ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's operational functions.
THE JOURNEY
- Provide support to different stakeholders with administrative tasks.
- Manage recruitment, training, and onboarding of Couriers. Ensure support, documentation, and readiness for brand delivery.
- Optimize acquisition (growth), retention, and performance for Couriers. Evaluate and improve processes for organizational efficiency.
- Maintenance and analysis of operational metrics and information to aid in the basic decision-making process of supply chain operational needs, including daily, weekly and monthly reports indicating full operational status concerning the flow

- Advise on financial well-being and monitor regulatory compliance. Manage insurance policies and ensure safety protocols.

As a Brand Ads Analyst in Kenya, you will drive the growth of Glovo's Brand Ads business by managing top brand partnerships and bringing new advertisers on board. We are looking for an hands-on SSA Lead Lawyer that will work with the local SSA teams and the HQ legal team, managing the day-to-day implications of the business.
THE JOURNEY
- Report to the Africa Head of Legal in all related functions
- Be the main responsible for SSA legal functions
- Elaborate, review and analyze all types of commercial agreements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least 7 years of experience in the legal department of a company and/or a reputable law firm/big4, including at least 3 years within a company, with proven expertise in commercial law, consumer and antitrust law, and labor law
- Excellent English, Arabic and French. Other languages is a plus
- Ability to navigate across multiple geographies and cultures, and coordinate with all the areas within the organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- International profile, able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment

What You Will Bring To The Ride
1yr experience as an account manager or in a similar role. (startups, top consulting firms, top internet firms, FMCG, retailers);
- Experience in understanding FMCG, retail and/or e-commerce business, as well as revenue/growth dynamics and drivers;
- Commercial skills: you know how to negotiate and build your way into a super deal with big retail players;
- Influencing skills: you can be a true project leader in multidisciplinary teams;
- A natural bias for action: you love to build a business from scratch. You are objective and deadline-oriented;
- A data-driven mentality: you make decisions based on data and you are not afraid of making business judgments when necessary;
- A problem-solving mindset: you enjoy finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems;
- Proficiency in English. Swahili knowledge is a plus.

THE JOURNEY
- Understand Kenya's operational challenges in order to adapt the strategy and maximize the results
- Be responsible for Operational Excellence levers, including courier profitability and incentives management, supply and demand balance, delivery times optimization, courier positioning, and zoning, implementing logistics features on a regional level, and many more from a data perspective: providing deep analytics, creating dashboards, bots, simulations, data models
- Propose (be an enthusiast), track and consolidate new ideas to improve the operations by being obsessed with Glovo's KPIs
- Create postmortem documents to analyze the results of each project and be able to replicate them for future projects & with rest of the countries
- Use your data visualization skills, in order to support delivered messages in the most efficient way.
- Have a blank page for you to create We don't stick to a single playbook, and we expect you to build your own as the business and market evolves
- Report directly to the Head of Operations
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the Glover lifecycle through out-of-the-box thinking especially in key events management where the demand is way higher than the supply
- Coordinate forecasts at a city level for 60 cities & improve it in consistent manner by being in contact with Ops Managers, Growth and Marketing and Sales.
What You Will Bring To The Ride
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics
- Passion about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
- Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a must
- SQL proficiency is a must
- Python knowledge
- Knowledge of visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker and/or Qlikview
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
- Proactive approach, great organisation skills and obsession with details
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
