We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Team Leader to spearhead client acquisition, drive market visibility, and lead sales and marketing initiatives. This is a leadership role that requires energy, creativity and results-oriented focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly client acquisition targets.
  • Map potential customers and generate actionable market data to drive sales.

The Role

As a Sales Team Leader – Checkoff Loans, you will play a key role in driving BAYES' growth by leading and managing a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Find New Partners - You'll scout out new business opportunities and partnerships (Employers and suppliers) that can help BAYES reach more customers and offer more financial solutions.
