Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to lead their online sales growth initiatives. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for their e-commerce platforms. You will leverage your expertise in paid social, search engine marketing (SEM), affiliate marketing, and other performance channels to achieve ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing significant ad budgets and delivering measurable ROI in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and maximize online sales.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data, performance metrics, and ROI, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage and allocate significant advertising budgets efficiently to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs, identifying and onboarding new partners.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance advertising.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and emerging channels to expand reach and drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyze customer journey and user behavior to identify areas for optimization.
  • Manage social media advertising spend and strategy to support e-commerce goals.
  • Work closely with the product and web development teams to ensure seamless user experience and conversion rate optimization.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms and technology partners.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale paid search (PPC) and paid social campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and ad platform reporting interfaces.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data analysis.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing significant ad budgets and delivering positive ROI.
