Responsibilities
• Plan and manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Rednote and more
• Execute marketing campaigns and product launches with strategy + flair
• Engage with followers, reply to comments & DMs.
• Work with designers and a team of creatives to bring campaigns to life
• Track performance using insights/analytics tools and suggest improvements
• Experiment with reels, trends, stories, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
• Build and nurture an online community around culture, creativity, and good vibes.
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or any related Field.
• Exceptional Photography, Videography and editing skills.
• You live on Social Media platforms but also think strategically
• Great writing and creativity skills ,witty captions, call-to-actions, storytelling
• Good with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools etc.
• Curious, creative, and obsessed with online trends (in a healthy way)
