Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Manager, located on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and targeting potential clients, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing team. The Sales Manager will also oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management and market research skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
