- Resolving conflicts and addressing issues that arise during the construction process.
- Ensuring proper documentation of all project-related activities, including progress reports and change orders.
- Leading project close-out activities, including final inspections, punch list completion, and handover.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a portfolio of successfully completed projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial and/or residential construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and construction management tools.
- Ability to balance remote work with regular on-site visits.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Experience working in the coastal region of Kenya is a significant advantage.
