Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated
Junior Civil Engineer
who is eager to learn and grow in the construction and engineering field. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level engineer who wants to gain hands-on experience in civil engineering projects while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in planning, design, and supervision of civil engineering projects (roads, buildings, water systems, etc.).
• Conduct site inspections, collect data, and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Support in drafting designs, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD or other design software.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
• Participate in project cost estimation, material requisition, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with contractors, surveyors, and other technical staff on-site.
• Carry out basic tests (soil, concrete, materials) under supervision.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven ability to manage projects remotely, with strong skills in virtual team coordination and communication.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
