Responsibilities include promoting and selling assigned pharmaceutical products to target healthcare providers, achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas, developing and executing territory-specific sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, providing accurate product information and clinical data, preparing and submitting regular sales reports, and staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related science field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas, and relevant medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong understanding of ethical pharmaceutical marketing practices.
  • Residency within or near the assigned territory is preferred.
