- Educate healthcare providers on the features, benefits, and clinical data of our pharmaceutical products.
- Promote product usage and adoption, ensuring a deep understanding of therapeutic areas and competitive landscape.
- Effectively present sales proposals and product information through virtual meetings and online platforms.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend virtual medical conferences, symposia, and educational events.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, compliance guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs teams to support product launch and ongoing promotion.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Act as a key liaison between healthcare professionals and the company.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas, and prescription drug market.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in virtual sales tools and CRM software (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
- Strong ethical conduct and adherence to compliance regulations.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed for virtual client engagement.
- Fluency in English and any local dialects is an asset.
