About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multi-brand retail stores and HARD ROCK CAFÉ Nepal
- Ensure full compliance with Nepal Labour Law and internal company policies
- Drive strategic recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives
- Oversee performance management systems, employee engagement, and career development programs
- Design and implement reward and recognition frameworks aligned with business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational development and workforce planning
