Key Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits analysis and administration.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- In-depth knowledge of compensation theories, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits plan design.
