Job Summary
We are seeking to recruit an operations Supervisor who will be responsible to supervise daily security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure the safety and protection of client's assets and premises. The Operations Supervisor will also ensures compliance with safety procedures, incident response, and high standards of vigilance.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate security guards across assigned posts.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure full coverage of shifts.
- Document and report incidents accurately and promptly.
- Conduct security briefings and train guards on protocols, emergency response, and customer service.
- Ensure guards understand post orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Submit daily, weekly, and incident reports to management.
- Respond to client inquiries, complaints, or service issues promptly.
- Address operational issues as they arise and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Key Competencies and Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in security operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent observational and analytical abilities.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
