Job Summary

We are seeking to recruit an operations Supervisor who will be responsible to supervise daily security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure the safety and protection of client's assets and premises. The Operations Supervisor will also ensures compliance with safety procedures, incident response, and high standards of vigilance.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate security guards across assigned posts.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure full coverage of shifts.
• Document and report incidents accurately and promptly.
• Conduct security briefings and train guards on protocols, emergency response, and customer service.
• Ensure guards understand post orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Submit daily, weekly, and incident reports to management.
• Respond to client inquiries, complaints, or service issues promptly.
• Address operational issues as they arise and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Key Competencies and Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or related field.

• Collect the requirements of various departments of the company, and complete the installation and management of CCTV and Internet system together with the company's construction team.

• Learn and train the use of different user data monitoring system modules.

Job Qualifications

• Familiar with IT Sever room equipment, understand the monitoring system integration.
• Degree in related field.
• Have configured mainstream monitoring systems and experienced in large-scale industrial-area deployment.
• Experienced in optical fiber splicing.
• More than 3 years of working experience in monitoring operation and maintenance systems, and more than 1 year of Internet implementation and installation experience.
• Familiar with Haikang monitoring is preferred.
• Familiar with all kinds of camera installation, and UPS power supply installation, able to perform routine maintenance on monitoring
• Understand the IT process of manufacturing industry, understand the integration of monitoring, access control, storage, server, etc.
• Understand the Windows Server operating system, be familiar with Huawei switches, and master the basic configuration of the switches.

Summary Description
Under direction of the Deputy Chief, Division of Facilities Management (DFM), supervises and supports all communications and public engagement efforts for the division. Coordinates across all three departments (Department of Planning and Construction, Department of Facility Operations, and Department of Facility Maintenance) within the division to ensure consistent messaging and engagement practices. Supervises the production of all publications for the Division such as the Comprehensive Maintenance Plan (CMP) and Sustainability Plan. Develops streamlined communication processes such as providing timely updates on work orders to both the school and community and ensuring webpages are updated across DFM with relevant updates in a timely manner. Represents the division at public-facing events such as community forums, cluster meetings, Board of Education meetings, and other construction or facility related public meetings supporting project managers and DFM leadership. Under direction, plans communication strategies, organizes and implements a communications plan for the Division of Facilities Management utilizing print, digital, and graphic presentation materials.
