Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning and organizing construction projects.
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including blueprints, permits, RFIs, and submittals.
- Track project progress and update project schedules regularly.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, clients, and suppliers.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and other essential documentation.
- Coordinate project meetings, ensuring agendas are set and actions are followed up.
- Monitor project budgets and assist with cost tracking as directed.

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role, preferably within the construction industry.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Cebu Pacific Air
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sources / liaises possible vendors or OEMs arising from regulatory and operational requirements and defines and documents requirements through the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Extends support on preparing supplier evaluation, risk assessment and cost analysis based on proposals received and negotiation with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and suitability to the company's requirements.
- Provides assistance and administrative support on contract review and execution with product and/or service providers.
- Manages relationships with a range of external vendors and airframe manufacturers.
- Provides support on aircraft definition and configuration with third party and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure the operational readiness in accepting new aircraft types.
- Creates business cases and evaluates aircraft configuration options from OEM for line fit and in-service solutions and make recommendations to Management.
- Manages fleet-related project costs, risks, issues, dependencies and constraints associated with the project. Escalates issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and monitor claim of incentives from external vendors and airframe manufacturers. Ensure that all issues pertaining to incentives are endorsed to the appropriate party for proper resolution as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or 1-3 years of experience in contract management, compliance, or a related field, preferably in transportation or aviation.
- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and business courses such as: Business Management/Administration, Economics, Accountancy, Management Engineering, etc. Exposure in aviation industry is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of project management concepts
- Familiarity with aircraft configuration and airline concepts:
