- Extensive experience (7+ years) in high-end catering management, event planning, or hospitality management.
- Demonstrated expertise in menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
- Proven ability to manage complex events and coordinate diverse teams remotely.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Outstanding client relationship management and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software and digital collaboration tools.
- A creative mindset with a passion for food and exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is required.
