  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign data and key metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and overall business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to ensure precise targeting.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Generate detailed performance reports for management, highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media advertising.
  • Contribute to the overall e-commerce strategy, providing insights on customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that drive sales and conversions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, customer journey, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork in a remote setting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
