- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive sustainable traffic growth.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
- Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and platform-specific reporting dashboards, providing regular insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimal user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage and foster relationships with external agencies and platform partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, continuously testing and iterating on strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and CRM systems.
- Advanced analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
