Job Purpose
To dispense medicine accurately, provide professional advice to clients, and ensure safe and efficient pharmacy operations while upholding regulatory compliance and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines in line with professional standards.
· Provide accurate advice on drug use, side effects, and storage to clients.
· Maintain proper stock control, including checking expiries and updating records.
· Ensure compliance with all
Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB
) requirements.
· Contribute to sales growth through product knowledge and customer engagement.
· Support smooth daily operations of the pharmacy, including POS accuracy and ensuring timely service to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma in Pharmacy
from a recognized institution.
·
Valid and current practicing license
from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
· Minimum of
1 year of experience
in a retail pharmacy setting (more experience is an added advantage).
· Strong sales, client service, and communication skills.
· Good organizational skills and effective time management.
· Computer literacy; comfortable with pharmacy/POS systems and ability to work with minimal supervision.
