Job Purpose
To dispense medicine accurately, provide professional advice to clients, and ensure safe and efficient pharmacy operations while upholding regulatory compliance and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines in line with professional standards.
· Provide accurate advice on drug use, side effects, and storage to clients.
· Maintain proper stock control, including checking expiries and updating records.
· Ensure compliance with all
Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB
) requirements.
· Contribute to sales growth through product knowledge and customer engagement.
· Support smooth daily operations of the pharmacy, including POS accuracy and ensuring timely service to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
·
Diploma in Pharmacy
from a recognized institution.
·
Valid and current practicing license
from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
· Minimum of
1 year of experience
in a retail pharmacy setting (more experience is an added advantage).
· Strong sales, client service, and communication skills.
· Good organizational skills and effective time management.
· Computer literacy; comfortable with pharmacy/POS systems and ability to work with minimal supervision.

The Role
We are looking for a
Sales Representative
to help grow our reach in the pharmaceutical space. The role involves visiting pharmacies, introducing our line of supplements, checking in on existing clients, and making sure their orders are handled smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Introduce and explain our supplements to pharmacists and store staff.
- Visit clients regularly, maintain good working relationships, and follow up on their needs.
- Ensure client orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Keep accurate records of visits, orders, and feedback from the field.
- Work towards agreed sales goals and contribute ideas for how we can serve clients better.
What We're Looking For:
- At least
1 year of experience
in sales, marketing, or a related field (experience with pharmaceutical products or supplements is a plus). - A
qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related area
is preferred, though candidates with strong field experience are encouraged to apply. - Someone who communicates well, listens carefully, and can build trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable spending most of the day out in the field.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our growing business. This role will be central in ensuring smooth financial management, accurate reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
-Manage tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, and other statutory requirements.
-Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
-Oversee inventory and expense tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or SME environment.
-Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
-A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is an advantage).
-Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and compliance procedures.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
