- Creative thinking and a passion for delivering unique and engaging experiences.
- Proficiency in event management software and standard office productivity tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by event schedules.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation may be required for on-site activities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
