Our client is actively searching for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead their recruitment efforts. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you the flexibility to operate from your preferred location while making a significant impact on building our client's world-class teams. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging passive candidates to managing the offer process. This role demands a strategic approach to talent attraction, deep understanding of the tech landscape, and exceptional candidate experience delivery. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for a wide range of technical roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide expert recruitment guidance.
  • Manage the entire interview process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to HR leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and serve as a brand ambassador for our client.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and policies.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a significant focus on technical recruitment, is essential. Proven experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools is required. Exceptional sourcing skills, strong understanding of technical roles and terminology, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount for success in this remote, fast-paced environment. You must be adept at building rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers alike.
