- Stay updated on industry best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Organize and participate in virtual career fairs and recruitment events.
- Contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workforce by implementing equitable recruitment practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong focus on technology recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, etc.
- Excellent understanding of the tech industry and relevant skill sets.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with building employer branding initiatives is a plus.
- Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and recruitment best practices.
