Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for various tech roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps).
  • Expertise in using recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent understanding of Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
