You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate engagement and offer negotiation, with a primary focus on highly specialized IT roles. Qualifications:

- Proven ability to source and recruit for niche and hard-to-fill technology roles.
- Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the global technology landscape and its talent demands.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and deadline-driven environment.
