Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technology professionals for diverse client needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, professional networks) to identify passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including technical screenings and behavioral interviews.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and job specifications.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on market trends, compensation, and best recruitment practices.
- Negotiate offers of employment and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline status, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach junior talent acquisition specialists, fostering their professional development.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure).
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in challenging technology positions.
- Expertise in using various recruitment technologies and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent understanding of the technology industry and its talent market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in mentoring junior team members.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working within a recruitment consultancy or agency is highly desirable.
