Sales Manager
to spearhead our sales and distribution operations. .
The Sales Manager will be responsible for
leading and coaching the sales team
, overseeing
sales operations in all outlets and routes
, and ensuring that
targets, distribution goals, and stock management processes
are effectively met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coach the sales team (Van Salesmen, Assistants, and System Superuser) to ensure peak performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, route accompaniments (minimum 3 per week), and submit performance reports.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure full availability of all brands and SKUs across all outlets.
- Conduct monthly competitor and market intelligence analysis and present to management.
- Set sales targets per route and ensure volume and coverage objectives are achieved.
- Oversee System evaluations and generate accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Establish customer relationship programs to strengthen distributor–retailer partnerships.
