  • Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen) and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience in data analysis and using statistical tools for process monitoring and improvement.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive change within an industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with CAD software for process layout design is a plus.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Nakuru, Kenya.
