  • Develop, optimize, and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and algorithms.
  • Perform statistical analysis and machine learning on biological data.
  • Visualize complex biological data for interpretation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with researchers to design experiments and interpret results.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in bioinformatics tools and techniques.
  • Contribute to scientific publications and presentations.

Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience analyzing NGS data (DNA-seq, RNA-seq).
  • Proficiency in Python or R and relevant bioinformatics libraries.
  • Experience with bioinformatics databases and tools.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
