- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bioinformatics analysis, with a strong understanding of molecular biology principles.
- Proven expertise in analyzing genomic, transcriptomic, or proteomic data.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in bioinformatics (e.g., Python, R, Bash) and experience with relevant libraries.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics databases and publicly available datasets.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and high-performance computing (HPC) environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex computational findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote research environment.
