The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by assisting customers, maintaining the sales area, processing transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves product knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. br>
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing desired products.
Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and availability.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas.
Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Keep records of sales, returns, and customer feedback.
Replenish stock and ensure shelves are always stocked and neatly arranged.
Support the sales team in meeting sales targets and promotional efforts.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Participate in regular stock takes and inventory control.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum KCSE certificate; diploma in sales or business-related field is an advantage.
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
A team player with a positive attitude.

+ Identify and drive upsell opportunities within the install base
+ Work closely with Oracle's SaaS sales teams to position hybrid solutions and support cloud transformation initiatives
