Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, as required by production schedules.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Must be able to work on-site in Ongata Rongai.
