Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive agronomic plans for various crops, focusing on maximizing yield and quality.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Agriculture, or a related field. A PhD is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agronomy, crop management, or agricultural research.
- Proven expertise in soil science, plant physiology, pest and disease management, and crop nutrition.
- Experience with different agricultural crops and farming systems.
- Proficiency in using agricultural software, data analysis tools, and GIS technology.
- Strong understanding of sustainable and organic farming practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, including regular site visits.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to farm locations.
- Knowledge of local agricultural conditions and challenges is a plus.
- Commitment to promoting food security and sustainable agriculture.
