Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Agronomy is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in agronomy or crop science.
- Proven experience in crop production, soil science, and pest management.
- Knowledge of tea cultivation and processing is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with laboratory analysis techniques for soil and plant tissue is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with farmers.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a field environment.
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery is beneficial.
