Systems & Networks Manager
to join their team in Sotik, Bomet County. This role is crucial for overseeing the organization's systems and networks, ensuring their design, installation, maintenance, and security are aligned with business processes. The Systems & Networks Manager will be responsible for the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of technology that supports the organization, including managing network infrastructure, security protocols, and providing high-level support for technical issues.
Duties
- Design, configure, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and cloud-based systems.
- Manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

- A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Deep understanding of network architecture, protocols (TCP/IP), and various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).
- Proficient in network security, server management, and cloud computing platforms.
