  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the company website.
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts, including content creation, community engagement, and paid social advertising.
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify insights and optimize strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates across landing pages and website funnels.
  • Manage affiliate marketing programs and explore new partnership opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and report on campaign performance to senior leadership.
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the remote marketing team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (SEM, social media advertising).
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on KPIs.
