Our client, a fast-paced e-commerce innovator, is seeking a results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager specializing in performance campaigns. This role is fully remote, allowing you to leverage your expertise to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth from any location. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid search (PPC), paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Your primary focus will be on maximizing ROI and achieving aggressive growth targets. This involves deep dives into data analytics, A/B testing, campaign performance monitoring, and budget management. You will identify target audiences, craft compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences, and continuously refine campaign parameters to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and marketing automation software. A strong understanding of SEO principles, content marketing, and email marketing is also beneficial. You will collaborate with creative teams, content creators, and web developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution and a seamless customer journey. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
