About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting overall organizational growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with best practices.
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
Drive performance management and staff development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety, and organizational standards.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Provide HR advisory support to management and staff.
Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
5–10 years of progressive HR experience, at least 3 of which should be in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
