  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, Traffic, etc.).
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize social media advertising budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging ad copy and visuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing tactics.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless customer journey from ad click to conversion.
  • Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy, aligning performance marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising and social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO principles and their impact on paid campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Experience working in a remote-first or hybrid work environment is a plus.
