Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer comprehensive compensation structures, including salary ranges, incentive plans, and executive compensation.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits packages.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits analysis and administration.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing salary structures, incentive plans, and a wide array of employee benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation benchmarking tools.
