Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their Human Resources department. This fully remote role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. You will conduct research, analyze market data, and provide recommendations to ensure our client's offerings remain competitive and equitable.
Your core duties will include managing job evaluation processes, conducting salary benchmarking surveys, and analyzing compensation trends. You will also play a key role in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in HRIS and Excel, and excellent communication abilities to explain complex compensation and benefits information to employees and management. You will collaborate closely with HR business partners, finance, and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of these programs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perquisites.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends and recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and external vendors on C&B matters.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in the development and communication of compensation and benefits policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration or analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methods, and market pricing.
- Familiarity with various employee benefits programs and their administration.
- Understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
