- Conduct comprehensive market analysis for all employee positions, including salary surveys, benchmarking, and total compensation studies.
- Design, implement, and administer company-wide compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and incentive plans.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits.
