- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CIPD or relevant HR certification is an added advantage.
