Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a significant focus on talent management and HR business partnering.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CIPD or relevant HR certification is an added advantage.
